I am the USA Managing Director at eToro. Prior to eToro, I served as the Director, Innovation Strategy for Samsung SDS America .I initiated the formalization of innovation framework, processes, methods, tools, and metrics needed for an innovation team within a matrix organization to succeed. In that capacity, I led the ideation and evangelism of novel sales and marketing concepts. Previously I was the Lead of Retail Innovation at Samsung Electronics America, where I initiated multiple projects designed to establish Samsung as the leader in consumer electronics' retailing. I founded two startups, one was acquired and the other is on-going. I have an LL.B and a BA in Business from the IDC in Israel.
